Victoria Pet Adoption Society will be taking part in the giant Dean Park Estates garage sale on Saturday, April 17th. 100% of the funds raised at this garage sale (from our table) will be used to provide medical care for the pets in our rescue and adoption programs. The Animal Rescue Site is hosting a special challenge for eligible Petfinder.com member shelter and rescue groups. The grand prize is a $10,000 grant, and they will be awarding many other grants to rescue groups with the most votes — a total of $100,000 in grants for animal welfare organizations.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us at PetSmart's adoption fair Nov 13th-15th. We are pleased to say that we came home with 7 adoption applications for our homeless pets. We hope to see all of them in good homes soon. We would also like to thank PetSmart for hosting this wonderful event.

VPAS would like to thank all of the volunteers who helped at our hotdog fundraiser, as well as Walmart for hosting it and Tru-Value Foods for supplying the foo through their Community Spirit program. We would also like to thank everyone who purchased a hotdog or drink to support Litter Critters Orphanage and all of those who donated bottles and cans to our bottle drive. Together we are making a difference. Thank You!
